While I’m on the subject… 06 February 2008 at 8:54 am by Jason 184 views

After watching the Super Duper Mega Ultra Tuesday results last night, I was thinking. Why is it that it seems everyone and their mother is for Obama, yet Hillary is still neck and neck with him? Why does it seem that everyone who is popular (or wants to be popular) is willing to follow Obama to the ends of the earth? Or is it really that way?

When talking to people I’ve heard that Obama has a ton of endorsements and Hillary has almost none. Looking online and watching the news it almost seems that way… it seems that every second that goes by, Obama gets even more endorsements while Hillary sits in the corner. Is that how it really is? Is she really as unpopular as people think? No. Look here:

Who’s backing Hillary Clinton?

Hillary Clinton for President - Endorsements

Delaware Gov Ruth Ann Minner

She has endorsements from big news organizations, senators, and other famous Americans:

Former V-P Walter Mondale
Kerry Kennedy

The Denver Post

There are many more (click those links!) that think she’d do a great job as President (to be fair, here’s a list of Obama supporters: Who’s backing Barack Obama). Now, there aren’t that many actors and actresses, and there are a lot of people you may have never heard of, but look them up. See if they’re more qualified than Scarlet Johanson to give advice on who would be a better president.

Just something to think about. I’m not saying people shouldn’t vote for Obama, I’m just saying you might want to see through the hype and make a more informed decision.
