I have recently obtained an older Dell laptop and thought it would be fun to install Fedora on it.  After almost a week of fighting with drivers and software it was suggested that I give Ubuntu a try.  Now I know that it’s the new game in town when it comes to Linux, but it looks pretty good so I think I’ll give it a try.  I’m currently burning the ISO and about to start loading it up.  I’m hoping that it goes better than Fedora, and who knows, maybe they’ll get another convert.
